The English Ambassadors team enjoyed a wonderful afternoon making gingerbread biscuits in our festive kitchen, Café de Ching Chung. They added colourful icing and an array of sweets on gingerbread biscuits of different shapes, such as gingerbread men, angels, Christmas trees, and reindeer. Our students added their own creative touch, turning the biscuits into wonderful festive delights!

Apart from making biscuits, students wrote heartfelt letters to Santa Claus. They shared their gratitude for the wonderful memories and made their wishes for their most wanted gifts and presents.

Our English Ambassadors not only enjoyed the two activities greatly, but they also had first-hand experience of the spirit of giving, which makes celebrating Christmas so meaningful!
